Like an old friend, I never tire of Restaurant Muramoto. Whether with adult foodies or recently with 3 kids, the menu has something for everyone. Miso black cod and deep fried tofu in coconut sauce provide nuanced flavors and textures perfectly rendered. Accompanying sticky rice and cabbage slaw salad complete a savory and inexpensive lunch ($9). Meanwhile, watching chefs prep rolls is fascinating, and the results are always fresh and tasty, whether spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, or simple avocado.
