Food is always good and so is the atmosphere. I had a bad customer service experience recently with a waitress and the manager that intervened was as mean and aggressive named Beau. Likely caught them on a bad day, but I can honestly tell you that I hadn't done anything to deserve THAT treatment. I don't drink and I didn't return any of their meanness in any way. I am happy to recount the experience in a forum - it was poor service in every way. I hope they'll be made to account for it.
