Election Day in November means FOOD-A-RAMA
Does a nice corned beef on rye with a pickle slice send your taste buds to tingle? Or maybe some matzo ball soup like your grandmother’s? Mark your calendars for the 43rd Annual Food-A-Rama. Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2009, our WRJ/Temple Beth El Sisterhood will hold its annual Jewish it-is-more-than-just-a-nosh extravaganza. Our annual event includes our famous corned beef sandwich or hot dog lunch at Temple, our celebrated deli, our legendary bakery and our convenient delivery and carry out options.


* The 43rd annual Food-a-Rama is Tuesday, November 3, 2009
* At Temple Beth El 2702 Arbor Drive (behind Bluephies' restaurant on
Monroe St)
* Bakery opens at 10:00 a.m.
* Carryout & Deli Open 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
* Lunch from the lunch line is served from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

* Proceeds from our 43rd annual Temple Beth El Sisterhood's Food-a-Rama support Temple Beth El and many community organizations such as the YWCA's Third Street Program and UW's Odyssey Project

*Carryout orders (that must picked up at Temple Beth El) for corned beef and
hot dog lunches are accepted via phone 238-3123

* Bakery features: fabulous homemade cakes, pies, cookies, confections and
breads

* Deli features: corned beef, salami, rye bread, homemade chicken soup with
matzo balls, sweet and sour cabbage soup, ready-to-heat meat knishes,
kosher-style hot dogs, blintzes

* Lunch line features: Corned Beef Sandwiches, kosher-style deli hot dogs,
potato salad, cole slaw, kosher dill pickles, cheesecake and chocolate cake
