El Ten Eleven w/ Basic Physics 9:30pm
El Ten Eleven is an instrumental duo from Los Angeles. Armed with only bass, drums and looping pedals, they create surprising music that calls to mind Tortoise, Radiohead, Sigur Ros and, most of all, Night Ranger. Just kidding. But really, audience members at shows can't believe how much sound is coming from just two guys, and people who listen to the record can't believe that this music can be reproduced live, perfectly. El Ten Eleven is Kristian Dunn and Tim Fogarty. They also play in a band called the Soft Lightes (formerly the Incredible Moses Leroy). They enjoy getting stuck in LA traffic and breathing exhaust fumes. This is their first time appearing in madison, and after seeing this show, you'll agree that it wont be their last!

Basic Physics, an electronic duo featuring madison native Alex Syse and current UW student Adam Ziegler will be opening the show. They will be playing a heated 75 minute set fiilled with new tracks that will be featured on their self-produced debut album "Nightlife in the Northwoods" as well as various remixes they have produced.
