The annual Sugar Maple Traditional Music Festival, returns August 3-4, 2007 to Lake Farm County Park in Madison.

Under the Big Top Tent mainstage, some 20 performing artists criss-cross each other along an acoustic trail from Printer's Alley to the Greenbush, Beale Street and the Bayou, too.

And, true to it's mission, Sugar Maple Fest is as much about education as it is about great performances. In the intimate setting of shelter #3, the Roots & Reason Stage, offers a variety of hands-on instruction as well as in-depth discussion led by a variety of this year's Big Top Stage musicians. In addition, interactive music sing-alongs and story-telling especially for kids is added to the Roots & Reason schedule. And what's that yonder sound?
