In a complicated scheme, an ambivalent Albanian woman (Arta Dobroshi) plots against her husband of convenience (Jérémie Renier), a Belgian junkie. There's no shortage of tough-talking thugs, but this unsettling, very controlled crime movie keeps spilling over, satisfyingly, into melodrama. (K.B.)
