Jane Campion dramatizes the love life of Romantic poet John Keats (Ben Whishaw), who, between writing and worrying about book sales, falls in love with the seamstress next door (Abbie Cornish). Gorgeously lyrical sequences lift this above mere costume drama. (K.B.)
