What % of Mark Olinger, or Don Marx, or Joe Stepnik or any other staff persons time do you use? And how much did the city get paid for that time? How many hours of staff time did you pay the City for in 2007?

It's about time we get some answers because the CDA uses taxpayer dollars with little oversight. The Mayor should request a full financial and operational audit of the CDA to determine how our taxes are spent and decisions are made.

Stu's "Lego-Mania" is enabled by allowing him to use City resources without accountability. What does the Mayor say about this?
