Restaurants that go under have auctions, and stuff is usually sold together, meaning you couldn't buy one booth. Other wise the stuff is sold by word of mouth, restaurant to restaurant or a used equipment company will buy it and pick it up.
If you are interested I would call Gus at Capital Equipment. He has like 6 buildings full of old restaurant junk you can look at, if he returns your call. Try Kavannah's or Kessinechs but they don't carry much used stuff these days.
Bev's sold most of their stuff by word of mouth but most of it went down with the building, like those cool stools...yeah, what a waste.
