SOOOOO, nobody knows what the cost of those funds are? Yet, the conclusion is to condemn him for not taking them?

It's my understanding that the cost of the Medicaid expansion and health care exchanges is covered 100% by the federal government until like 2018 and then it is covered 90% by the feds.

How would turning down Obama's bribe hurt the state of Wisconsin?

If this is anything like Walker's heroic refusal of the train money, no taxpayer money will actually be saved, it will just go to other states.

Walker refusing $4B will not automagically create a $4B tax cut. I could be wrong.

Trillions? Exaggerate much?

Not a single trillion, let alone multiple trillions.

Total 2012 Military Spending $1.030–$1.415 trillion

Not implementing the Affordable Care Act would help Wisconsin because the state would not incur the costs of expanding Medicaid. As Governor Walker said:
...it would require the majority of people in Wisconsin to pay more money for less health care. Additionally, it would increase the size and cost of government, decrease the quality of health care and, in our state, reduce access for those truly in need of assistance.

Of course he says this and it's been the conservative spin, yet no one has any proof of this. In fact, it's just lies.

No one has "proof" that any of this is going to work since it doesn't exist yet.

Is President Obama lying too?

Governor Walker is a liar. Every word in your quote is a completely unsupported lie.

In truth, the majority of people in Wisconsin will pay less money for more health care. Additionally, it will decrease the size and cost of government, increase the quality of health care and increase access for those truly in need of assistance.

Considering that over 1/2 of the country's bankruptcies are from excessive medical costs of the insured, one can venture a guess that reform is good idea. But with the health insurance industrial complex chipping in $1 billion in 2 years to lobbyists, ads, and political campaigns, this is actually the bill the insurers paid for.

What we really need is single payer, already proven to save hundreds of billions a year where it's implemented.

State, not federal, health care reform.

Not burdening citizens with a massive new tax/penalty - especially during the third summer in a row of economic stagnation. And when I say citizens, I'm talking about citizens who make well less than $250,000/year.
