Does anyone sell Underground Meat products? Do they have a storefront? Thanks - can't find anything to tell me one way or another on their website.

They sell it from behind the bar at Mickey's, and one of the guys who runs the place said they're also carried at the Jenifer Street Market.

They sell it at the front display case / Wait Here to be Seated stand (what's that called?) of The Old Fashioned, I believe.

Also available at Metcalfe's Sentry and Fromagination. But Jenifer St. Market has the best selection, usually.

I've tried their sausages at willy west. There product was on par with natural cure some of in my family have snuck back from France. Super quality, I'm just not a big fan of the style.

Bolzano makes some interesting dry-cured meats. I got lucky and won a 4 pack of their charcuties at a food fair. Bold in their chunky, raw-looking complexity. Way more chewy than even most salamis. Best cut super thin and served at room temp or warmer to soften up the meat and elicit the flavors.
