Ask workboy7 in the thread "ex-restaurant owner" under eat, talk and food news. He apparently knows all the skinny on a few establishments.


Will they still serve "Nick's Bump"? I LOVE that drink and would love the recipe if anybody has it.

For the most part, yes.
Moe's, Jim and Jeff's Pizza, etc.
casbah is one of the few that managed to continue in some form.
Oh: BTP: the Mojito at Cabana Room , the bar of Samba, is great. And the mango version.
And FYI: owner of Cue-Nique says it's over and done.
(He is working at Cabana.)

It's a real and tasty Mojito.
The ones at Sundance are similar, I think JB's old manager works there.
