The Big Eat is a feast...
... it's a culinary extravaganza that brings together local food and drink specialties for the sampling pleasure
of the community. It's been called "the eating event of the year."
The Big Eat is a benefit...
... all proceeds benefit the nonprofit Family Centers: Family Enhancement, The Parental Stress Center, The Exchange
for Prevention of Child Abuse and The Respite Center.
These agencies work to treat child abuse and neglect, care for families under stress, promote family life with
information, and provide a supportive environment for parents.
The Big Eat is a community tradition...
... for ten years now, Isthmus and its partners have helped The Family Centers with this fine dining event. Last year
alone, the Big Eat raised more than $15,000 for this important work.
Tickets are also available at the Isthmus office, 101 King Street, at the corner of S. Pinckney, E. Main and King on the
Capitol Square in downtown Madison.
